The History of Our Station
Formally WREM, WCXH, and WOZW on 710 AM, we have primarily been a talk station until we added mainstream rock at nights an weekends in 2019. We now broadcast on the airwaves 24/7.
Our station has had many formats over the years including Christian, Country, Oldies, Rock, and Talk. Our station signed on the air in 1981.
We now broadcast on 7

We now broadcast on 780 AM and with an FM translator (W252DW) on 98.3 FM.
In December of 2022, we rebranded as 98.3 "The Fox".
On September 15th, 2023, we changed our format to mainstream adult contemporary and rebranded as "98.3 The Mix".
On May 15th of 2025, we changed our music format to oldies and rebranded as "983 and 780 The Ride".
